444tk (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we" or "us") provides an online betting and casino service. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and 444tk.

• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account may be suspended.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means will be treated as money laundering and legal action may be taken.

Withdrawal Conditions

Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To be eligible to withdraw this bonus, the total of the bonus amount and the original deposit must be wagered 20 times (20x).

For example: if you deposit ৳2,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus. The bonus will only become withdrawable after a total of ৳4,000 × 20 = ৳80,000 has been wagered.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry and conditions. Please read the individual details of each offer.
• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• Transferring bonus funds to yourself or to another person within the platform is prohibited.
• 444tk reserves the right to cancel a bonus and suspend an account if fraudulent use of a bonus is detected.
• Before the bonus conditions are met, only the original deposited amount may be withdrawn (the bonus will be forfeited).
• Each promotional offer may be changed or cancelled at any time at the discretion of 444tk.

Gaming Conduct Guidelines

• All gaming activity on the platform must be conducted fairly and honestly.
• Taking unfair advantage of software errors, technical issues or unusual conditions is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets using any automated bot, crawler or third-party software is not permitted.
• Participating in collusion or match-fixing in any game is strictly prohibited.
• Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error may be deemed void.

Sports Betting Conditions

• All betting odds are subject to change until confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds will not change.
• In the event of a cancelled, suspended or abandoned event in any sport including cricket or football, the original stake will be refunded.
• 444tk is not responsible for any discrepancies arising from network delays during live betting.

444tk offers three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit.

Important VIP Conditions

• Promotion to a VIP tier will be determined at the discretion of 444tk based on the member's activity and participation.
• Cashback amounts will be added to the account automatically on a weekly basis.
• VIP benefits may be revoked at any time in the event of a policy violation.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

List of Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Creating or managing multiple accounts;
• Registering with false or misleading information;
• Strategic betting with the intent to circumvent bonus conditions (bonus abuse);
• Gaining unauthorised access to the platform through hacking, phishing or any other technical means;
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage;
• Participating in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, insulting or behaving inappropriately towards other users of the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure Process

444tk reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, illegal activity, failure to complete identity verification or suspicion of fraud. If the account is closed without a breach of the terms and conditions, any valid balance will be returned.
